Our Quality and Technical professionals are dedicated to ensuring and advocating for rigorous quality compliance throughout the supply chain process, guaranteeing the maintenance of high standards and adherence to local and international regulations.

Our strength lies in a well-trained staff, guided by experienced QA professionals who oversee Total Quality Management (TQM), and licensed Pharmacists responsible for the management and monitoring of various pharmaceutical products. These products encompass a wide range, including controlled substances, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, supplements, and Narcotic/Psychotropic drugs. We maintain close collaboration with MOHAP authorities to ensure compliance.

The distinguishing features of our service enable us to fulfill the expressed or specified needs of our principals/suppliers and meet customer requirements. We achieve this by consistently delivering high-quality products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, ensuring complete customer satisfaction within the specified timeframe.

We subject all of our warehouses to regular audits for Civil Defense, Fire Safety, and Risk assessments, and we promptly implement any necessary Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).

The internal quality audit ensures implementation of procedures and policies for managing business interruption during any crisis. In addition to our Business Continuity Plan, we implement Quality Management System with more than 60 operating procedures and competent staff, resulting in high-quality products and services.Our Company is ISO9001 certified for Quality Management system for the Import, storage and distribution of Cold chain products, Nutrition products, Medicine and controlled drugs.
