Al Baker has great expertise in Pharma and FMCG products importation, storage, delivery, and supply chain management. We run an integrated, end-to-end supply chain operation delivering real-time reporting, stock visibility, and replenishment through an integrated ERP system.

Al Baker assures that the products are stored as per International standards at a thermally mapped, temperature-controlled storage facility with light shelving & heavy racking maintained between 2 °C to 8 °C and 18 °C to 22°C and free pallet capacity of 40 % with expansion facility up to 90% .

Warehouses are equipped with real-time network enabled temperature monitoring systems and cold rooms connected to backup generators. All our facilities have 24/7 security services besides access control system, CCTV surveillance and theft alarms systems as well.

Our Warehouse and Logistics system complies with the Government's and the QHSE’s requirements via auditing systems like Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Health Authority (DHA) in Dubai, Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi. Our ERP system has a section for stock management, and we keep track of timely deliveries. With our past experiences and modern capabilities, we have expertise in handling of sensitive cold chain products right from receipt to reaching out to customers, with strict controls & monitoring systems.

Al Baker distribution network reaches out to 100% of pharma outlets across UAE using its fleet of GPS-enabled thermally mapped pre-qualified Refer trucks & vans specialized in receiving sensitive, refrigerated goods, which operate with immediate attention at the port point of arrival to ensure the proper maintenance of cold chain distribution until delivery to our stores and finally reaching to our customers.

Our network is distributed across the Rashdiya hub, Mussafah ICAD hub, and Kizad hub along with the temperature-controlled medicines, especially biosimilars and vaccines, that are organized for storage and delivery. These products are delivered within 12 to 24 hours and in the event of an emergency with express vehicle for immediate deliveries .

Other facilities incorporate a fleet for cold chain products, GPS enabled thermal maps, and various tracking systems.
